The Health Foundation announces funding for ten new projects to improve patient safety
Ten projects have been selected for the Health Foundation’s new £4 million quality improvement programme, Closing the Gap in Patient Safety. The programme aims to make demonstrable improvements in safety by tackling known gaps between best practice and current delivery of care.
